Attendance/Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality service. We need your help in order to reach our goal.
Arrival
Please allow time for traffic and parking. Sessions last 53 minutes and will be ended at this time so that we can be on time for the next patient.
Cancellations
Occasionally, it may be necessary to cancel your appointment. Please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow us to use this time for another patient.
Communication
For therapy to be most effective, please allow for the last 5-10 minutes of the 53-minute treatment to be devoted to discussing goals and your home program with your therapist.
Pediatric Therapy Services reserves the right to terminate your therapy appointments following absences or late arrival (more than 10 late) for two consecutive sessions, or if attendance drops below 85 percent during a two month period of time. If treatment is discontinued due to poor attendance, you will be given the option of being placed on a waitlist to secure a future opening for service.
