Energy Medicine
Energy medicine is a complementary form of medicine utilizing:
- Forms of energy to affect and rebalance energetic systems
- Principles involving the mind, body, environmental, emotional and spiritual dimensions
- Energy and deep-breathing, and physical exercises
- Sensible, healthy eating
Consultations include an energetic scan of the Chakra system, mainly accessing the emotional aspect of the patient. The findings are discussed and an individual plan is developed to deal with pain and suffering. The plan may include aspects of health maintenance, lifestyle modifications, meditation and guided imagery and exercise. Goal setting is also discussed. No medications are prescribed.
