Swedish provides inpatient rehabilitation services for
patients of all ages. Rehabilitation is available for patients
during acute hospitaliztion and for patients who are
medically stable but require intensive therapy before
returning home. Nearly 7,000 patients turn to Swedish
for these services every year.
Adult acute inpatient care is available at Ballard,
Cherry Hill, Edmonds and First Hill.
Inpatient pediatric therapy is available at First Hill.
The Acute Rehabilitation Unit at Cherry Hill
is our designated service location for inpatient rehabilitation.
The Swedish Orthopedic Institute on First Hill offers
rehabilitation for patients who have a hospital stay
following an orthopedic surgery or procedure.
