Dr. Little was born in Tucson, Arizona.  He is married and has two sons.

Dr. Little graduated from Pomona College in Claremont, California with a B.A. in Biochemistry;  he then attended Medical School at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, where he received his M.D. in 1983.

After returning to Tucson he completed his internship, in Internal Medicine in 1986 at the University of Arizona.  Dr. Little then traveled to the University of Washington to complete his Gastroenterology Fellowship in 1989.

Dr. Little joined the faculty of the University of Washington Medical School in 1989 where he enjoyed teaching at the Associated University Hospital and the Seattle VA for the following four years.

In 1993, Dr. Little joined Drs. Chaffee, Dines and Schneier at the Digestive Disease Center in Edmonds which became Puget Sound Gastroenterology in July 2004.  Dr. Little is still in private practice today.
