Dr. Carter enjoys patients of all ages and has special interests in sports medicine and adolescent medicine.  He joins us after a year and a half at Family Care of Edmonds.  When he isn't treating patients, he enjoys bike touring, sea kayaking, mountaineering and home improvement projects.  "My role is to not only treat the medical condition, but to manage, coordinate and advocate for a patient throught the complex world of medicine.
