Philosophy of Care

Dr. Cooper is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon. He is also board-certified in general surgery. He has a broad spectrum of interests within the specialty of plastic and reconstructive surgery including the face, breast and body. He particularly enjoys facial rejuvenation, breast enhancement, and body contouring. He also finds facial reconstruction for Mohs defects and reconstructive breast surgery very rewarding. Dr. Cooper makes compassionate patient care central to his surgical practice. He believes that attention to details and excellent patient rapport translates into highly satisfied patients and better outcomes.

Personal Interests

Outside of his surgical practice, Dr. Cooper enjoys sailing on Puget Sound and spending time with his wife and two sons.
