Dr. Shuhart is the medical director of the Swedish Bone Health and Osteoporosis Program, a practice dedicated to the assessment, treatment and monitoring of bone health and osteoporotic disorders.
A certified clinical densitometrist, Dr. Shuhart has been practicing in primary care since 1991. He spent 18 years with Swedish Physicians Magnolia clinic in Seattle where he developed and launched osteoporosis education and management tools for the Swedish Physicians group. Dr. Shuhart served as program co-chair for the International Society for Clinical Densitometry (ISCD) and International Osteoporosis Foundation Annual Meeting in 2009.
