Financial Services for International Patients
In preparation for your visit to Swedish Medical Center, International Patient Services will consult with you or your representative to discuss the services you require.
After your Swedish physician team has evaluated your medical records and determined a care plan, we will create a detailed cost estimate that explains all fees and services.
We offer:
- Significant discounts off all of our medical services
- Package pricing for some procedures that includes hospital costs, and physician and supporting health-care services
Advance deposit: In advance of your arrival, we will require a deposit equal to the cost estimate. We accept payment by credit card, check (in U.S. dollars) and wire transfer.
Once we have received your deposit and registered you with International Patient Services, we will assume responsibility for paying the bills associated with your care while you are at Swedish, including bills for medical services that are not part of Swedish.
After you have returned home and we have paid all of your medical bills, we will send you a letter explaining each charge and payment.
