One Number to Schedule Hospital-Based Outpatient Appointments

To schedule a hospital-based outpatient appointment, call our Swedish/Issaquah scheduling hub at 425-313-7000. It's the single number you need to call to schedule an appointment, test or procedure at Swedish/Issaquah for the following services:

  • Primary Care
  • Specialty Care
  • Imaging Center (including mammography)
  • Swedish Cancer Institute
  • Outpatient Rehabilitation
  • Pain Clinic
  • Testing & Treatment Center: eKGs, eCGs, PFT, eeGs, infusion services, anti-coagulation, and anemia services.

The Swedish/Issaquah scheduling hub is available Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
