Distinguished guest speaker, Clifford Colwell, Jr., M.D., will outline for the audience how to obtain data from the E-knee, define the forces within the E-knee during activities of daily living and sports and incorporate this information into patient education following a total knee replacement.
Dr. Colwell will also provide an informative lecture on deep vein thrombosis as it relates to total hip replacement and total knee replacement. Attendees will also be able to distinguish the differences between related American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons (AAOS) and American College of Chest Physicians (AACP) guidelines.
