The Clinical Trials Research Department at Swedish provides patients and physicians with the latest drug and device studies, as well as new options for treating disease. Patients who are involved in clinical trials have the potential to receive new or investigational treatments, which are not yet available outside of a research environment.

Our clinical coordinators work closely with each patient and their physician to provide a predictable and comfortable clinical trial experience. In addition, each clinical trial participant in has the satisfaction of knowing that they are contributing to improve the health and well-being of other patients just like themselves. Integrated internal systems ensure the smooth transition of the patient’s care and the flow of information between all of the patient’s care providers during the treatment and follow-up phases.
