Swedish Vendor Policy

Swedish has policies and procedures for pharmaceutical vendors and medical service representatives (MSRs) doing business on Swedish property.

All vendors and MSRs are responsible for following the vendor policy detailed in the downloadable packet below.

Anytime a vendor or MSR is on Swedish property, it must be for a scheduled appointment or educational program and the vendor or MSR must wear a vendor pass ID badge at all times. Vendors and MSRs who fail to properly register and follow the vendor policy outlined herein will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including permanent suspension of the vendor and the company (s)he represents from all solicitation activity at Swedish.

In order to comply with the policies and procedures, all vendors and MSRs must read the instructions and information in the vendor information packet below and register/update their information with the Swedish Purchasing Department.

This policy is in effect for the Swedish/First Hill, Swedish/Cherry Hill and Swedish/Ballard campuses as well as their associated clinics. Pharmaceutical vendors and MSRs are not permitted at Swedish/Issaquah.
