Applicant Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications of Applicant:

Graduate from an accredited college or university of pharmacy with a Pharm.D. or equivalent experience prior to start of the residency program.

Licensed or eligible for licensure as a pharmacy intern in the State of Washington until pharmacist licensure.

Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice pharmacy in the State of Washington.

Completed a comprehensive clerkship and externship program as part of the pharmacy curricula.

Register with the ASHP Resident Matching Program.

Be or become an ASHP member.
