Diabetes Cooking Classes
Keeping diabetes guidelines in mind, Bastyr University dietetic interns will show you how to make delicious meals that are loaded with nutrients, without a lot of fat, salt or sugar. Fee: $15.

Beginners Gentle Yoga

Hearing families can use American Sign Language to communicate with hearing babies as young as 5 months old. Signing greatly reduces a baby’s frustration and promotes faster language development. AARP Driver Safety
The AARP Driver Safety Course is an eight-hour classroom-based refresher for motorists aged 50 and older. A certificate is awarded upon completion and drivers over age 55 may be eligible for insurance discounts. Fee: $12 for AARP member, $14 for nonmembers (payable to AARP by check only at the time of the class).
