Second Annual Anticoagulation Symposium

The goal of this symposium is to improve the clinician’s practice of evidence-based medicine and collaborative management of patients receiving antiplatelet and anticoagulant therapy. Attendees will review the fundamentals of anticoagulation, as well as the indications for and the duration of treatment with oral antiplatelet and antithrombin therapies. Clinical case scenarios highlighting the risks versus benefits of anticoagulation therapy in a real-world environment will be presented and discussed.
