Construction Progresses on New Emergency Department, Medical Office Building at Swedish/Ballard; Public Open House Set for Nov. 6
SEATTLE, July 12, 2010 -- Construction of a new emergency department (ED) and five-story medical office building on the Swedish/Ballard campus is progressing. After having held a ceremonial groundbreaking ceremony in mid-September 2009, a public open house is now slated for Saturday, Nov. 6, 2010.
In addition to the ED, the facility will feature a full-service imaging department, Swedish Physicians primary-care clinic, an OB/GYN and midwifery clinic, as well as space for a various physician specialists.
