At Swedish/Edmonds, we care for our employees by offering a variety of options within our comprehensive benefit plan that addresses the needs of singles, couples and families.
Eligibility
Our Benefit Plan is available to regular part-time (.5 to .8 FTE) and full-time (.9 to 1.0 FTE) employees and their eligible dependents. Eligible dependents include your spouse or domestic partner (same or opposite sex); your child(ren) and/or your domestic partner’s child(ren) up to age 23. Coverage begins the first of the month following 90 days of employment.
For employees with health care coverage elsewhere who wish to waive medical and dental coverage, we offer opt-out credits (financial credit to your pay for each plan waived).
In addition, Swedish/Edmonds offers eligible employees the option to elect no benefit coverage and receive a 15 percent pay premium instead.
