Employee Self Service – Payroll Services

1. What if I still want a paycheck statement by mail?

Swedish Senior Leaders have made a thoughtful and informed decision regarding the discontinuance of printed paycheck statements for all Swedish Medical Center employees.
Employee Self Service provides employees with easy online access to Human Resources and Payroll services from home or at work. It was designed for employees to conveniently access their payroll information, manage their personal information, and view current job opportunities within Swedish, 24 hours a day. And online paycheck statements can be viewed as early as 12:01 am on payday Fridays.
In addition to improved online services for employees, it also:

• Aligns with Swedish’s strategic objectives by leveraging technology
• Represents best practice approach
• Saves money for the organization
• Improves the environment

Paper paycheck check statements are not required by state or federal law.
