SEATTLE, Aug. 13, 2006 -- Swedish Medical Center Registered Dietitian (R.D.) Brian Higginson was recently interviewed for a two-part article on the heart-health benefits of flaxseed and flaxseed oil that were published in the Sunday, Aug. 13 issue of The Seattle Times.
Higginson works with patients both through Swedish's Nutrition Care Clinic and the Swedish Heart & Vascular Institute's Center for CardioVascular Wellness.
